Samsung Galaxy SII beats its predecessor by 30 days

Samsung Galaxy SII sold 3 million units in 55 days (30 days before Galaxy S)

Last year, Samsung launched a Smartphone or as the company said, “Future Beyond Smartphone.” The phone was not only good in terms of tech specs and features but was a massive hit for Samsung. As of now, more than 10 million units of Samsung Galaxy S Smartphone have been sold.

By the way, this year Samsung launched its proper successor i.e. Samsung Galaxy SII with a dual-core processor and a lot more including dedicated graphic card and it is has overtaken Galaxy S by 30 days. 3 million Galaxy S units were sold in 85 days and the same amount of Galaxy SII have been sold in just 55 days, that computes to a phone every 1.5 seconds. Whoa! what an amazing stat, well done Samsung.

Of course, Galaxy SII is a power-packed gadget but these stats show that it is a big hit among masses as well.

Personally, I love almost all the Smartphones that Apple, Samsung and Sony Ericsson makes, regardless of features because they thrive to give you the most for you money. What do you think? Motorola is good too.

It is expected that Samsung is going to launch the AT&T version of Galaxy SII in United States and I think that would also add massive numbers to this figure.

What do you think about this massive achievement by Samsung? Leave a comment down below with your reply. Thanks.
