Share Large PDF Files Securely with Adobe Reader X
Adobe Reader X is the new version of Adobe’s most preferred document viewer, the new software has updated User-Interface that has made it all very simple for beginners… Unlike Adobe Photoshop, it is no rocket science to Adobe Reader X for the first time.
People who deal a lot with PDF files and share them using a mail service or free document sharing websites like DropBox… this is a very useful feature introduced in the new Adobe Reader called Send-Now.
Features of Adobe Reader X at a glance
- protect mode for malicious PDF protection
- supports other media formats
- free of cost download
- send-now files with a single click
As the name suggests, while reading the document, if you feel like sharing it with your friends or sending it to your boss – you do that with just a single click.
Although you might say… Ah! but i use Microsoft Office more often and no… i don’t wanna share PDFs… this ain’t for me. Wait! when did i say, you can’t share other files. Even though, the software won’t open or run them but you can share other files including images as well.
Anyone can use the built-in Send-Now feature on Adobe Reader X without having to open their email accounts. For those of you who are scared about receiving any malicious files, the new reader has a protected mode that disables any harmful code in that piece of PDF book.
One of the other things that i liked about it was its design, Adobe has worked generously this time… as told in the first-paragraph, it has improved its user-interface a lot. Now they have more managed zoom in, zoom out, page navigation buttons… very convenient indeed.
