Motorola estimates Shipping 10.5 million Gadgets in Q4 2011

motorola-droid-razr-smartphoneMotorola’s official earnings during Q4 2011 is not out yet but the company has released some figures which indicates that Motorola had a pretty decent fourth quarter in 2011.

According to the report, Motorola shipped a total of 10.5 million devices in fourth quarter, out which 5.3 million were Smartphones (up from 4.8 million in Q3 2011). Motorola launched Motorola DROID RAZR in Q4 2011 which was quite popular around the globe because of high-end hardware & premium looks.

Although, the actual earnings of Motorola would be revealed in a couple of weeks, Motorola estimates to have done a business of $3.4 billion. Does this have anything to do with Google acquiring Motorola, we’ll find out soon.
