Now, Google has decided to implement Page Speed Service on a larger scale, thus decreasing your website’s loading time by 25 to 60 percent but for that they would download the content from your servers, rewrite the web pages as per the most beneficial web standards and then source it from their servers.

It is slightly corny, because you would be giving the rights of your private files to Google, which means they would know everything about your website.

Google said via their blog that they are working on this service to enhance website’s performance and has no intentions to collect information for future advertising opportunities. Check out Google Webmasters and register your website to use Google’s Page Speed Service.
