Apple iPhone 5 pre-order starts September 30th? Really?
According to Mark Gurman from 9to5Mac, pre-orders for Apple iPhone 5 may begin from September 30th this year. The released date of this much awaited Smartphone is still under the clouds of rumors, previously it was confirmed that it would release in September, then again some sources suggest that it won’t launch in September but October.
Apple currently plans to begin pre-orders for their next-generation smartphone in the final days of September. The company has still not finalized the pre-order start date, but is debating between Thursday, September 29th and Friday, September 30th. The 30th seems more likely at this point according to one of our sources. Pre-orders for the new iPhone starting in late September will also mean that Apple’s fall event will take place in September; which would seem to counter NewsCorp’s Kara Swisher’s combative insistence of an October iPhone 5 event.
It seems Apple is not yet ready to spill out exact release date of iPhone 5. This date is also just a date, Apple may change the release date of this Smartphone as per their “successful marketing methods” at the last moment. We’d have to wait and watch.
