Samsung Wave II Smart Phone
Samsung had recently launch Samsung Wave S8500 which operated on Bada OS and not Android that market the USP of Samsung Galaxy S, well the stakes are set really high at the moment because the company is planning to launch the big brother of Wave i.e. Samsung Wave II Smart Phone. It is an additional future beyond smartphone to carry.
The brand had already embedded everything they could in the first edition of Wave family i.e. a mighty 1GHz Hummingbird Chipset Processor and a delusional Super AMOLED display. The following Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro seemed quite identical and thus not made it for sales market at the moment.
Now the company is trying out their hand in smart phone market by launching Samsung Wave II Smart Phone with many new features like 5MP cameras with flash and HD video recording, Bluetooth 3.0 and Trace, a novel text-input application similar to Swype but design for Bada OS. Samsung’s future beyond smartphones list is expanding.
3.7″ WVGA Super Clear LCD screen is other highlight of the gadget and thus makes it a full entertainer, like the previous model you can watch DivX and Xvid videos on it in High Quality.
The Design and looks of this new handset is very much same to earlier model of Wave, i don’t know why isn’t there a few minor but visible changes in design that could revive the freshness or atleast make people distinguish which one is old and which one new.
A recent story suggest the popularity of Samsung apps store that offers many high quality and games and applications for Wave users. Company is on right track to spread great future beyond smartphones in all over.

In wave 1 screen quality was one of the drawback but now wave 2 with 3.7? WVGA Super Clear LCD screen i think clearity would be good other wise ave is the best in that price range
In looks the phone is almost the same, camera seems fine. I think future beyond smartphone series is taking new dimensions now. It has better games than Android like Need for speed shift. So, a good BADA buy.
