Motorola has announced MOTOACTV (read: Motorola Active) that looks just like any other “good looking” watch but does a lot more that (but not anything you can’t imagine).
It is 46mm wide and is powered by Android OS. It features GPS system, heart rate calculator, Bluetooth (for teaming it up with your wireless headphones and using it as an MP3 player, obvious!) and a 1.6-inch touchscreen display using which you can read text messages and make calls. MOTOACTV is somewhat to similar to LiveView launched by Sony recently for its Xperia series of Smartphones.
MOTOACTV would be launched this November in two variants – 8GB at a price of $249 and 16GB at a price of $299. I feel the price is a bit on the higher side, you can easily get iPod Nano cheaper than this but it doesn’t come with all those “extra” features.

It’s not the extra features that is always needed. Surely the price will suggest the users not to buy one. If I would have asked myself then this is a big no. Go to iPod and save some money with style.. sorry it might have the style but expensive.
More than these two gadgets I like Sony’s LiveView, team it up with your Android and it offers almost everything that MOTOACTV can. I never liked iPod Nano.
