HP Veer 4G: Smartphone that embeds latest Palm HP webOS 2.1

HP Veer 4G Smartphone is HP’s first cell phone launched in market after it took over Palm webOS last year. HP Veer 4G is currently not available in the market and would be launched soon in the middle of this year, probably next month i.e. June 2011.

Currently we cannot talk much about the user interface or hardware performance of the cell phone because it is not launched in market but we sure know some stats about which I think would interest you.

These days all the Smartphone manufactures want their users to get the maximum in terms of experience, entertainment etc. In other words they are making Smartphones which are complete value for money and HP Veer 4G Smartphone looks just the implementation of the ideology.

Design and Construction

I love the designs for laptop computers from HP but I am seriously not impressed with the build of HP Veer 4G Smartphone. It looks like Motorola PEBL and according to me these curvy designs Smartphone really look awkward. We are living in the era of iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S and this sort of Smartphone can’t compete with them, at least in terms of Design.

It does have a QWERTY keyboard like BlackBerry Torch 9600 which is cool but I am not impressed with HP Veer 4G Smartphone’s Design and Construction, I hope its features make me say that yes at least HP Veer 4G Smartphone is worth giving a try.

Kick or Pick

I am not sure, seriously I am not sure whether this is a good Smartphone or not. The technical specification of HP Veer 4G Smartphone is not bad at all but it doesn’t have a complementary Design.

Although I don’t have much problems with keep a phone like but for that to happen it must also have a great operating system, fast internet browsing, and great media player and must support YouTube.

As of now, HP Veer Smartphone 4G would be on hold because everything about it is not unfolded. HP hasn’t launched it yet.

Let’s us wait to see whether it has something extraordinary in terms of Software and user-experience.
