Apple iPad for education
Well schooling is fun but after sometime it becomes boring on both the ends. I was wondering how could Apple iPad, the wonder gadget could help in making a student learn more effectively and then i came up with a few ideas which i decided to share on Wizard Journal.
A great Organizer
First things first, it would definitely act as a great organizer/planner. Well there are a lot of personal development application developed from Apple iPad which can be purchased or download free from Apple iStore.
Along with that one can view their to-do list in colorful graphical representation and some of the Apple iPad application allow voice to-do list which means you can record you day’s activities and listen them later.
Great blogs like Jungleoflife would inspire students that life without stress in not worth living and therefore make them understand from heart “how to manage stress”.
Apple iPad is truly a game-changing gadget!
No More Physical Books
Now this is both an economical as well as eco-friendly way to learn and grow because the real motive of education is learning and then growing which is impossible is knowledge is not applied. Don’t you think?
The only problem i see in physical book is that wear off too quickly, there can’t be removable annotations and i think Apple iPad could solve this problem in a much better way. Kapil Sibal recently introduced cheap tablet pc for Indian students
Well with Apple iPad eBook reader application, first of all reading can be adjusted according to reader, the font size etc. Second, student can make notes easily with a widely spaced keyboard.
Teachers’ notes could be sent directly to all devices over the Wi-Fi network which Apple iPad supports.
Also have a look at some gadget that should be made compulsory at school.

Since Apple iPad supports Wi-Fi it can be used to access Internet which would make it a complete encyclopedia, no information would be far.
With that students can access real-time information about different topics with help from experts handy. It will also make teachers teach more professionally showing the application part side by side.
Well, i think Apple iPad is a miracle and also this was just a few points, there are other aspects of it that are good like HD movies, music, games etc.

I never thought that Apple iPad could really replace books and notebooks, but after reading this post I feel that it surely can.
Nice thought, but what about initial investment and thereafter heavy investments on eBooks, even GPRS/3G etc? I feel, iPad is little edge over a common Indian scenario…Kapil Sibbal’s piece was a real breakthrough…wish it be commercialized soon….
