Technical Specifications, Features and Release Date of Apple iPad 2
Apple iPad 2, the latest Tablet PC from Apple is out and it is not looking very popular amongst people, 792 people voted on a major mobile phone websites and made it a 6-point average.
If Apple iPad 2 would have been launched in the IITs it would have probably been considered a poor student, anyways let’s not give our opinions about this new tablet PC until sales report come out because Apple has been known to show its product’s popularity with sales.

It weights a massive 607g which means slightly more than half a KG. If you get bored playing video games on it you can use it as a warm dumbbell, just joking 
It has a LED-backlit IPS TFT display with capacitive touchscreen for text input, the screen would be quite responsive because it is from Apple and I was quite impressed with the touchscreen that they had placed in Apple iPhone 4, it support 16 million colors as well
The Touchscreen supports a resolution of 768 x 1024 pixels and is of 9.7 inches when measure along the diagonals
It supports multi-touch input, has an accelerometer and also a 3-axis gyrometer if you like playing motion sensing games available for Apple iPad 2 Tablet PC on Apple Store
It comes in 3 models like the previous Apple iPad i.e. 16GB – 32GB and 64GB, which one would you like to have?
For connectivity and internet purposes it has Wi-Fi, HSDPA + HSUPA and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR
It has a 0.7MP camera in front for video chat and another one at the back for making videos at 720p resolution, I can’t imagine anyone making video from a half a kg gadget
Thank goodness Apple has installed a dual-core processor in their Apple iPad 2 Tablet PC because if they hadn’t no one would even consider looking at it as most of the Tablet PCs launched at MWC 2011 ran on an NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual-Core Processor
All the applications from Apple Store like iBooks, iMusic and all the other I apps supported very well by the new iOS4 processor, you can enjoy chatting with friends and family with the inbuilt Skype application too
Well that’s almost everything that should be known about the Apple iPad 2 Tablet PC. It would be releasing soon in March 2011, the actual release date has not been released, and this is just an estimate.
Its price would be a little higher than the previous version of iPad.
