Steve Ballmer unveils a hypothetical Idea of “Kinect for Windows”
As it appears to be good news for gamers that are using computers operating on Windows 7 OS, Micrsoft’s CEO Steve Ballmer has announced that they would introduce their Motion Sensing Gaming Unit – Microsoft Xbox Kinect to Windows.
Gaming has truly become an awful one-person passive activity these days and this would surely enhance the quality of gaming by making it an active full body experience.
As reported earlier Microsoft Kinect is great Gaming equipment for Microsoft Xbox 360 that allows several people to play and enjoy gaming at the same time and whatever their characters do on-screen is in direct proportion to their body movement in the real world.
Xbox Kinect for Windows
Steve Ballmer said that they would be launching a Kinect add-on for Windows OS games and since it is the biggest computer gaming operating system it would be really fun to see video game developers carve out motion games for this.
The date for the new OS is not launched yet nor there has been any declarations, is it a true collaboration of Microsoft of just another joke from Steve, time will tell.
BTW, have you played any game on Microsoft Xbox Kinect? It is real fun, do try it. Please share you experiences with Wizard Journal and your friends.
