what is ur opinion on the karbonn smart phones? the new karbonn A9?
though karbonn is not an international brand, it has got good features. please advice me on this!! i am wanting to buy a smart phone within 10k.

Who said Samsung Galaxy R has AMOLED display, it has SC-LCD touchscreen and Arc S has Bravia engine which is good too. I think SE Arc S is a better choice, though it costs 4K over 20 grand.

Hello…
Please do suggest me few android smart phones within 20 grands…
Compulsory Features:
1)HD recording + flash
2)decent internal memory
3)appreciable screen size(near 4 inches)
I love SE xperia arc s. But it lacks AMOLED screen(which is just purelw awesome). What shall I do? Have SE xperia ARC s? Or go for a Samsung galaxy? Or any other….please do suggest…

Hello Rakesh,

Awesome info here. I have the following requirement. Hope you can suggest something:

a) Good camera with flash
b) Good music phone
c) Good battery life.
d) Price below 10k
e) GPS

I sit in front of computer for 14 hours and dont feel the need to do anyhting with internet on phone. Not game savvy too.

I believe you should go for the new Curve – 9220, it’s got a new OS, new music app, will run WhatsApp perfect and looks a lot better too.

If you don’t want to spend more money, I suggest you to go either for Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos or Nokia E5, both have physical QWERTY keypad and support WhatsApp.

sir i intend to buy a phone under rs.9000.. i am more inclined towards blackberry curve 8520.. but i am a little skeptical whether it would run whatsapp over the normal rs.95 2g gprs plans and about its old blackberry os.. my requirements are:
* a good display
* good keyboard
* decent battery life
* should run basic apps like whatsapp
another divice i am considering is htc explorer.. or should i go for blackberry curve 9220(bit expensive though!)..
please do reply and thanks in aadvance!

Hi Rakesh,

thanks for update , however, Google maps always shows “Google map navigation is not available in current location”. rather it provides the route map and not voice guided navigation to destination.Pls suggest which one supports voice guided navigation in india.
