LG Optimus Pad (G-Slate) now available with T-Mobile
The much anticipated LG Optimus Pad (G-Slate) has finally made an arrival with T-Mobile on the internet.
LG Optimus Pad has been much noticed by tech enthusiasts because of 2 major reasons. One, it is a 4G Tablet PC which means you would be able to access internet at a speed as high as 20Mbps and second, it has this unique technology that creates a virtual 3D user experience.
T-Mobile listed LG Optimus Pad (G-Slate) for sale with their two year contract plan for $530 which is quite high for this Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) Tablet PC.
If you want to buy LG G-Slate Tablet PC without a contract, T-Mobile has an option for that too. The contract free LG Optimus Pad is available for $750.
It catches HSPA+ signals quite impressively thus making high speed internet access a reality anywhere and anytime.

Why you should/should not buy LG G-Slate
The technical specifications and key features of LG G-Slate Tablet PC are very impressive but there are many alternatives that you might want to consider as well before taking out money to buy this one from T-Mobile. All these alternatives lie in the same price bracket and that is the reason why I think you should have a look into them as well.
Motorola Xoom
Motorola Xoom is available for $799 which is very close to the price of contract free LG Optimus Pad and if you ask me to choose among the two, I would definitely go for Motorola Xoom because I have used cell phones from both the companies and Motorola’s handsets are better than LG handsets anyway. Both the Tablet PCs run on Honeycomb OS therefore your confusion narrows down to just brand’s trust factor.
Apple iPad 2/iPad
Android OS and Apple’s iOS4 both are really good operating systems. Both have great application stores, user interface etc. Apple iPad 2 is available for $499 with contract from Verizon so it is not a very bad idea to buy Apple iPad 2 either.
Well these were some of the options I would recommend you to look as well if you are really interested in buying a new tablet PC.
The final decision always remains with you. If you have any other Tablet in mind you can always go with the one you heart finalizes for you.
